Description:
The machine is a straight line continuous or intermittent full servoing filling machine. The Cilin bottle enters the synchronous belt through the bottle plate and completes the filling and plugging of the liquid in the process of continuous or intermittent transmission, and it is sent to the downstream equipment or out of the bottle storage plate.
Technical characteristics:
It can be operated intermittently or continuously. It is a full servo PLC program-controlled automatic production equipment, suitable for 2-100ml bottles.
Automatic tin removal with inverted bottle, no bottle stop irrigation, no bottle stop, front and rear nitrogen filling, semi-automatic sampling and other multi-project automatic control functions, comprehensive alarm function.

2·High filling accuracy, minimum loading error ≤±0.5%.
3·Foil surface follow-up filling, not easy to foam, liquid level is flat, suitable for production of freeze-dried products
4·Touch screen operation, easy to set and modify process parameters.
5·The action of the stopper is soft, which greatly reduces the plug after plugging. The success rate of plugging is ≥99.8%.
6·The number of specifications is small, the replacement is quick, and the whole plug/half plug is easy to adjust.
7·Can be operated in stand-alone mode.
8.Integrated glove protection cover (RABS, cRABS or isolation cover) system.
