This machine is a new generation of the ampoule filling and sealing machine for 1-20ml D type ampoule. It adopts the rectangular way to transfer ampoules, in such case, the transferring is steady, lower braking rate. A new type of clutch is mounted under the ampoule feeding hopper; therefore the ampoule can be stopped at any time while the machines are still running. So the ampoule consumption can be reduced. Electromagnetic switch is replaced with mechanical way in the part of filling stop system. It is reliable and durable. The traditional ampoule out-feeding way is abandoned, and ampoule collecting is reliable, the qualified filled ampoule is more excellent.
Work flow: Open mouth > Filling nitrogen > Filling Liquid > Filling nitrogen > Sealing
Main parts and fittings are made of stainless steel through precision casting. The accuracy and exchangeability of parts can be guaranteed. Besides, we use the peristaltic pump to filling the liquid, filling very accurate, and the filling quantity arbitrary control by touch screen.

The machine is 8-station stepping transmission system, 8 bottles are transported to each process point in a group each time, and it is convenient to control and understand the operation speed of the whole machine according to the performance of the filled product by completing the process of filling nitrogen before melting and opening the bottle and filling liquid after filling nitrogen, preheating and wire drawing and sealing.
