MTF-600 Six Lanes powder packing machine
Multi-lane powder packaging machines are used for powder metering and packaging in food, medicine, and chemical industries with large output and single variety. The main processes are metering, bag making, printing, filling, sealing, cutting, and finished product output. Automatic feeding system and weight detection can be installed; it can be connected to several packaging box production lines. The widest roll film of this series of equipment is 600 mm, and the maximum number of columns is the total width of the roll film divided by the width of a single row of roll film. 3 lanes/4 lanes/5 lanes/6 lanes/7 lanes/8 lanes/10 lanes can be customized according to customer requirements. The bag type is a back-sealed long strip, and the 2-end cuts can be customized with serrated cutters, flat cutters, rounded corner cutters, and special-shaped sealing and cutting forms.
