This line is applicable to similar to the syrup mixture (glass bottles or plastic bottles) for packaging production syrup mixture, the bottle off the package into the bottle washing machine can automatically finish the 2 water -plus 1-air in the cleaning, disinfection, drying tunnel oven, automatic tracking filling hanging cover, rotary (rolling) cover process.
Linkage line by the on-line by HHGP type for bottle machine, HHQX type rotary bottle washer, HHX - RS heat radiation of tunnel type oven (or HHX - RF tunnel type hot air circulation drying oven (only for glass bottle), HHG - I10 high-speed filling screw rolling machine, etc, the whole process by PLC to realize automation.(injection of tunnel heat radiation oven).
Features:
1. After the bottle is deformed, the bottle has the function of the bottle and the ordered bottle supply.
