This machine can pack various kinds of round bottles, medicine plates, traditional Chinese medicine products, vials, small long bodies and other regular items, and is suitable for food packaging, cosmetics packaging and packaging of related industries. According to different user requirements, the product can be replaced regularly, and the mold does not need to be replaced, only need to be simply adjusted, suitable for large-volume single-variety production, and at the same time can meet the user's small batch and multi-variety production.
1. The cartoning machine runs intermittently, PLC control, simple structure and easy maintenance. This machine uses a series of complicated transmissions to imitate people's movements to automatically complete the process of lowering the box, opening the box, folding the instructions, charging (instruction) and sealing the box.
2. The whole machine is packed at a high speed. However, the running speed of the packaging material is low, so that the sensitivity of the packaging material to the running speed is reduced, the adaptability of the packaging material is enhanced, and the mechanical wear of the machine is small, and its characteristics are high output and low mechanical running speed.
3. The vacuum used by this machine is vacuum pump or ZL112 vacuum generator (SMC), automatic vacuum take-up box, open box at large angle. Guarantee the opening precision of the box.
4. Use the GUK manual automatic folding system and conveyor.
5. The manual adopts the PLC-controlled wheeled box-entry system, which avoids the fact that the traditional box-in mechanism is slipped due to the unsynchronization. The system can also realize the adjustment of the box-folding length of the manual.
6. The box-in system is intermittent operation, equipped with push-load overload protection function to protect the blister board and the manual safely into the box.
7. This machine is more convenient to adjust and maintain. A variety of closing methods and other devices are available. Replacing different sizes of cartons, no need to change the mold, only adjust the positioning according to the size of the box.
8. The machine frame and the machine board have sufficient strength and rigidity. The main drive motor and clutch brake of the machine are installed in the frame. The drive system is equipped with various transmission systems. The torque overload protector can be realized under overload conditions. The main drive motor and each drive part are disconnected to protect the machine parts from damage.
9. Security:
No paper box: If the box is not inserted, the whole machine will automatically stop and display an alarm.
No instructions: no box, empty box removed. The whole machine automatically stops and displays a warning.
