Full Automatic Pure Steam Generator
Pure steam generator is a kind of equipment that uses deionized water as raw material water and steam to produce pure steam. It has reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. It is a hospital, pharmaceutical, electronics, food and beverage industry. The CZQ pure steam generator consists of an evaporator, a preheater and an electrical automatic control section. To ensure pure steam quality, the evaporator uses a unique three-stage separation method: falling film evaporation + gravity sedimentation + wire mesh de-foaming.
CZQ pure steam generator works
The qualified raw material water is pressurized by the multi-stage pump and then enters the preheater through the flow meter. After the heat exchange, the temperature can be 10-15 ° C lower than the evaporator heating steam, and then enters the inner wall of the heating tube in the evaporator water distribution distributor. The feed water flows in a film form in the tube, is vaporized by the boiler steam, and the secondary steam entrained with water droplets enters the tertiary separation device from the lower end of the heating tube, and is separated to generate pure steam. The conductivity of pure steam condensate can be measured online to verify that pure steam is acceptable. The evaporator of the boiler steam is condensed by the heat absorbed by the raw material water, and then condensed into boiler steam condensate. As the heating heat source of the preheater, the preheated raw material water is finally discharged from the non-condensate drain of the preheater.
1. Double tube plate: Prevent cross-contamination of various materials (double tube plate or single tube plate according to customer requirements).
2. Selection of raw materials: SS316L is used in contact with pure steam and pure steam condensate, and SS304 is used in the rest.
3. The sealing structure is reasonable: most of the equipment is flanged, the gasket is made of PTFE, and the whole machine is sealed to prevent leakage.
4. Unique three-stage separation method: falling film evaporation + gravity sedimentation + wire mesh de-foaming.
5. Energy conservation: Due to the use of thin-walled heat exchange tubes and advanced water distributors, the heat exchange rate is improved.
6. Long service life: Due to the large space and low speed separation, steam friction corrosion is avoided. Extend the life of the machine.
7. Internal and external argon gas protection automatic welding: welding pipeline and equipment cylinder to ensure welding quality.
8. Insulation layer: composite silicate needle silk carpet, SS304 wire drawing board for the outer layer.
9. Control system: There are various control modes for users to choose: manual, PLC+ instrument automatic, PLC+ touch screen, etc. Among them, PLC+ instrument can display the temperature, conductance, flow, pressure, etc. online. The PLC+ touch screen can observe the parameter changes (temperature, conductance, flow, pressure, etc.) online through the touch screen, and keep abreast of the production status of the equipment. And can be equipped with paper or paperless recorder according to customer requirements.
