This Blister Packaging Machine adds one tropical alu forming station and a second sealing station to allow the plastic thermoforming blister package to be sealed with formed tropical alu again.
The shrinkage of the packaging material is minimized to ensure the synchronization of the blister pocket by means of a double servo-regulated drag system.
The use of aluminum offers a nearly complete barrier for water, light, and oxygen, allowing an extended product expiration date.
The punch station can adopt the crossing type, the trimming waste is about 1mm between two blisters; it can save more material.
Can connect with the Cartoner to form an Automatic Pharmaceutical Packaging Line.

Equipped with integrated forming material splicer for easy material replacement.
The upper and lower plates adopt contact heating method that significantly reduces the forming temperature. Thus the shrinkage, deforming of packaging material and power consumption are minimized.
The universal feeder is capable of feeding almost all items such as capsules, flat tablets, oval tablets, capsule tablets, triangular tablets or other various shapes.
The hopper which is made of 316 stainless steel adopts stretching forming processes and mirror polish without any weld seam. It is in total conformity to pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
Alu/PVC/alu blister pack can strengthen the sealing effects and protect the medicine from light.
Pinhole detection system for quality assurance of blister packaging (optional).
