This Blister-Cartoner Line is combined with the BMP270H Blister Machine and ZH400i Cartoner.
Through the integration of a blister and cartoner module for packaging and cartoning of pharmaceutical tablets, capsules, and ampoules, this Blister Packaging Line is innovative response to the need for high efficiency and low-cost operation, flexibility, and maximum productivity for mass batch production.
·Processes all common solid dose products and all types of forming material.
·The machine can achieve 180 minutes of uninterrupted production thanks to the Blister module with forming material reels of up to 600mm in diameter and a waste material trimming cutter.
·Capable of all standard types of closure systems for cartons from tuck-in to hot-melt.

In this line, the connection phase is truly innovative thanks to a servo-regulated robot that picks up blister cards and transfers them to the cartoning machine synchronously, the servo technology can precisely place one, two, or more blister cards (according to customer requirement) in each magazine. These accurately control blister transfer, positioning, and feeding, etc., to assure the stability of high running speed.
·This line adopts the fully-enclosed structure and safety door, it is in line with the most stringent European safety standards.

The machine accommodates forming material reels of up to 600mm in diameter.
Adopt contact heating method that significantly reduces the forming temperature. Thus the shrinkage, deforming of packaging material and power consumption are minimized.
The tuber feeder can fill the entire index at once while the webbing is stationary (optional)
Integrated product inspection system with color camera can reject faulty blisters automatically (optional).
Equipped with an integrated lidding material splicer to enhance efficiency during material replacement.
The sealing station, sealing index, embossing and perforation station.
The blister cards are punched, collected by the vacuum arm, the faulty blister cards can be rejected automatically (optional).
