The main functions
It is mainly suitable for wet particle granulation of powder mixed with binder in medicine, food and chemical industry.
Working principle:
The powder material and adhesive are fully mixed into wet and soft materials by the bottom mixing paddle in a cylinder (cone) container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side high speed grinding paddle.
Features:
1, Horizontal cylinder (cone) reasonable structure.
2, Air fully sealed drive shaft, cleaning can be switched to water.
3, Fluidization granulation, material approximately spherical, good fluidity.
4, Compared with the traditional process, 25% less adhesive, shorter drying time.
5, Each batch of dry mixing about 2 minutes, about 1-4 minutes granulation, high efficacy.
6, In the same closed container to complete, dry mixing - wet mixing, granulation, process reduction.
7, The whole operation has strict safety protection measures.
