Brief introduction:
HHGNX - type IIB eye drops filling barging screw cap machine by unscramble bottle conveying wheel, positioning, filling system, inner plug/cover in the transportation agency, institution, rotating cover structure, the bottle system, frame, RABS (restricted access to isolation system), and control part, etc. Under the production of unidirectional flow, finish equate disc locating upon plastic bottle body in order through turntable and bottle conveying, cam drives needles to move up and down for filling, tucked inside/outside cover transport, manipulator with plug inside and outside cover, and the pressure inside the plug with screw cover, finishing outwards conveying process.
HHGNX-IIB type eye drop filling can be used to fill the bottle (three pieces) of eye drops, add and plug and cover, can be produced by single machine, and also can be produced by linkage. It can satisfy the filling requirement of eye drops: filling precision, visible foreign material in filling. In addition, RABS selection can meet the cleanliness requirements of the new GMP appendix 1.
