Used in the filling and rolling of liquid glass bottle or other small liquid, can be produced by single machine or linkage line.
The HHGL10 oral liquid filling rolling mill is composed of a cylinder conveying rotary table, positioning mechanism, filling system, outer cover arrangement and conveying mechanism, rolling cover mechanism, bottle system, and frame and control part. It can use large dial, reciprocating tracking and filling, 3 blade flexible rolling pressure rolling, automatic delivery of bottle, filling, cover, cover and rolling process.
Features:
1. Applied to the filling and rolling cover of the glass bottle of 5-30mL oral liquid.
2. Filling can be installed with piston pump, stainless steel piston pump, ceramic pump and peristaltic pump according to user's requirements, with high precision and no stop adjustment.
3.Using the equal disks, with accurate positioning and stable transmission. The cam leads the needle to track and fill, and the filling action is completed by the multi needle.
4.The filling system, outer cover oscillating disk and other removable, convenient cleaning and disinfection, and assembly convenient.
5.With 3 knives, the rolling cover has high qualified rate and strong adaptability.Adopt electromechanical integration technology, touch screen control panel, simple operation, frequent conversion speed control. No bottles no filling, no bottles no cap adding, and no inner plug no outer capping.
