Characteristic
◆Aseptic assurance: (1) Aseptic assurance of gasified hydrogen peroxide: gasified hydrogen peroxide can effectively get rid of bacteria, vegetative bacteria, germ and fungus and realize sterile assurance level SAL≤10 ; (2) Repeated process transferring is not required to reduce crossing pollution. After plastic bottles are cleaned, tunnel type hydrogen peroxide sterilization cabinet and eye drop filling screw capping machine realize automatic production under Class A layer flow protection. During this period, human interference is to be conducted through isolation glove to realize non-process transferring of plastic bottles. Meanwhile, there are few operators in Class B area to minimize crossing pollution. (3) Filling plug adding/cap screwing adopts RABS structure to ensure operation can be done with isolation glove under Class A layer flow.
◆Low production costs: compared to current non-continuous hydrogen peroxide (push plastic bottles to hydrogen peroxide sterilization cabinet for sterilization, degradation, then continue the process with layer flow cart, afterwards, transfer to filling machine): (1) a one-time investment is basically equivalent; (2)Save labor of 4-5 operators pushing plastic bottles into /out of hydrogen peroxide sterilization cabinet. (3) Adopt ‘’layer flow protection, double quick degradation "and vacuum combination of patented technology, the entire sterilization/degradation period is relatively short.
◆Low labor intensity: After pouring bagged plastic bottles into bottle unscrambling machine, manual interference is not required and it is only required to normally appoint operator for filling screw capping machine.
◆Verifiability: Sterilization effect can evaluate hydrogen peroxide concentration distribution and sterilization action circumstance through colored belt changes of chemical tracer agent before and after sterilization circulation action. The biological indicator is used to evaluate the sterilization effect of the sterilization cycle of hydrogen peroxide, and conform that the sterilization effect of the sterilization process reached the level of aseptic guarantee.
◆Compatibility: It can be used to design the inner plug and outer cover of the three pieces of plastic bottle, and then transfer it to the filling and stuffing machine through sterile PE bag.
◆The environmental protection: The final decomposed substance of hydrogen evaporation are only water and oxygen, unlike low temperature sterilization method for methanol, ethylene oxide etc. Containing chemical residues, therefore, hydrogen peroxide sterilization has environmental protection property.
Brief introduction
◆The linkage production line is applicable to eye drop production pf plastic bottle “three-piece sets” medicinal material packaging. It can automatically finish such process as bottle unscrambling, cleaning, sterilization, drying, filling, inner, inner plug adding and outer cap screwing. It is especially suitable for automatic production of sterilization inspection eye drops. Linkage production line consists of HHLP full-automatic bottle unscrambling machine, HHLX-80S vertical bottle cleaning machine, HHX-VHP tunnel type hydrogen peroxide sterilization cabinet, HHGNX-IIB eye drop filling screw capping machine. Through buffering of tunnel type hydrogen peroxide sterilization cabinet front/back RABS, cleaned plastic bottles can be transferred to production of next processes under Class A protection. In this way, process transferring for bottle body is actually realized without manual operation, reducing risk of human interference and ensuring sterile production of linkage production line.
