Brief introduction:
The HHLX-80 vertical bottle washing machine adopts mechanical arm to clamp, rotate and send bottles. After bottles enter are conveyed into the machine, the inner and outer walls of bottles can be independently washed with injection water and clean compressed air. Cleaning process adopts 6 operation positions and each position corresponds to cleaning method for operation and tracking of three bottles. Unit 1 belongs to circulating water, unit 2 belongs to cleaning compressed air, unit 4 belongs injection water and unit 5,6 belong to clean compressed air. Meanwhile, outer surface of bottles can be cleaned twice with water and air so as to ensure bottle cleaning quality.
The HHLX-80 vertical bottle cleaning machine is suitable for the cleaning of the 2-30mL plastic bottle in the eye drop, it can be produced by single machine and can also be produced by the linkage line. It can meet the cleaning requirements of aseptic preparation: inspection of foreign body, residual water in bottle and challenging test.
