Dosing system process
Our company's concentrated tanks and rare tanks are designed with reasonable technology and advanced control, which meets the national GMP certification requirements. The tank body adopts vertical double-layer structure, the inner tank is polished Ra0, 45, and the outer polishing is maintained by mirror panel or frosted board, and the tank body has the same gloss. The spiral wound in the interlayer is heated by steam or cooled by cold water and filled with insulation material. The overcurrent parts are made of SS316L material, and the rest are made of SS304 material. The bottom of the inner tank is concave and convex, adopting a partial wall axial flow port, a disinfecting port, a cleaning ball, a manhole, and a 0.22 μm air breathing apparatus and a stirring system. The bottom of the tank is provided with a water outlet, a sewage outlet, a sampling port, and a temperature probe liquid level sensor. It is equipped with a control detection liquid level height and display, providing upper and lower limit alarm function. Nitrogen filling devices and pH meters can also be installed according to customer requirements.

6. Pipe welding quality can also be detected by an endoscope.
