The movement trajectories of visible foreign particles exhibit distinct brightness characteristics under different light sources, and multiple images are continuously captured by a high-speed industrial camera.
The images are then processed by the image processing system to accurately distinguish foreign particles from air bubbles in the liquid, thus achieving the purpose of foreign particle inspection.
