The vision inspection machine adopts AI-based detection technology to identify visible foreign particles within the liquid (including black particle, white particle, hair, brown particle, insect, mosquito, sediment) as well as to inspect the abnormal filling volume and hanging ring.
Inspection Station
The bottles enter the visual inspection machine → spacing adjustment via turntable → starwheel transfer → sediment inspection→bottle body inspection → foreign particle inspection →liquid level inspection → hanging ring. Defective products are automatically rejected, and qualified products proceed to the next process.
