To test the plastic bottle large-volume infusion production line and improve product quality, a customized integrated system solution consisting of a combined air-drying machine, a high-pressure discharge leak detection machine, and an appearance visual inspection machine was specially developed. This machine is applicable for the detection of large-volume infusion production lines with plastic bottle specifications ranging from 500mI to a production capacity of 16,000 bottles per hour, and from 250mI to a production capacity of 20,000 bottles per hour. It can also be used for production lines with a maximum production capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.

Detection Performance and Scope

The Combined Leak and Visual Inspection Machine is a multifunctional system capable of microporous leak detection, foreign matter detection in liquid and appearance quality inspection. The machine will perform leak testing on LVP (Large Volume Parenteral) containers using the High Voltage Leak Detection.
The visual inspection system utilizes an AI inspection mode, capable of detecting a wide range of foreign objects within the liquid, including mosquitoes, fibers, hairs, black spots, metals, and other particulate contaminants. Additionally, it evaluates the external appearance of the product, identifying issues such as cap defects, abnormal filling volume, and bottle body defects.
The machine integrates container seal integrity testing and automated visual inspection into a single monolithic machine (combination unit).
