Description:
This equipment is designed for drying, sterilizing and depyrogenating of different kinds of containers. The sterilizing tunnel could be divided into three different sections (preheating, heating, and cooling). Different customers can choose different configuration to meet with their various needs. Most importantly, both working principal and materials are cGMP qualified.
Features:
1.Standard air volume and pressure automatic adjustment and balancing functions.
2.Adopt advanced PLC to control the sterilization process to ensure sterilization and depyrogen effect.
3·With standby mode, it guarantees 100 levels of environment in the oven during standby.
4·Manual adjustment valve with scale display between different temperature sections to ensure uniform oven temperature and reduce interference between segments.
5·The pyrogen is reduced by at least 4 logarithms, and the no-load heat distribution is ≤±5°C.
6·Multi-point temperature monitoring, high and low temperature alarm and shutdown, real-time printing and storage of working parameters.
7.Verification interface for user-friendly filter verification and necessary retrospective verification.
8.·Multi-language operation interface random switching.
9·Energy-saving design, energy saving effect is obvious.
