Feature Description
(1) After automatic nest removing, the products are fed into the conveying track and then into the rod twisting and labeling equipment.
(2) The equipment features stable operation, no bottle jamming or push rod jamming, stable rod twisting and labeling operation, and high speed, with automatic alarm and stop function under specific functions.
(3) The prefilled syringe rod twisting and labeling machine is specially used for nest removing, push rod sorting, rod twisting and labeling of prefilled syringe products.
(4) The labeling main head is a three-stage label feeding system, divided into label supply, label pulling and backing paper recycling systems, each controlled by an independent servo motor to ensure fast and stable label supply and guarantee the speed and accuracy of labeling.
