The characteristics of Cartoning Machine ZH300:
ZH300 is a Continuous Motion Cartoning Machine. It is suitable for pharmaceuticals, food, household chemicals, hardware, and electrical industries for the packaging of blisters, bottles, vials, pillow packs, toothpaste, etc. It can fold leaflets, open cartons, insert the products and leaflets into cartons, emboss, tuck-in, or hot-melt closures and automatically discharge cartons.

Gear Device:
The gear drives the carton conveyor chain and blister cards conveyor chain running in continuous motion.
Carton Conveyor Chain:
The carton conveyor chain is used to transfer opened cartons to every station, which can automatically complete the actions of inserting blister cards and leaflets into cartons, embossing, closing of cartons, discharging cartons.
Leaflet Conveyor Chain:
The leaflet conveyor chain is applied to send folded leaflets to the blister feeding station then the leaflets and the blister cards are inserted into cartons together.
Rotary Carton Pick-up Device:
The rotary carton pick-up with four sets of suction cups can suck the cartons from the carton magazine, open the carton, place it on the carton conveyor.
Leaflet Folding Device:
The leaflet folding device can make the leaflet fold one to four folds according to the customer’s demand.
Inserter Device:
The inserter device can push the blister cards into the carton in continuous motion.
Carton Magazine Device:
Adopt a long carton magazine for approximately 1000 cartons.

Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they fall via the servo-system, transferred to the cartoner module
The Leaflet Folding Device can adopt GUK or MB Leaflet Folder (optional).
The long carton magazine, easily filled from the front. To enable access to clean and adjust the closing station below, the carton magazine can be raised.
The Rotary carton feeder pick up cartons then places them in carton conveyor chain.
Adopts digital position indicator achieves straightforward adjustment.
Optimized ergonomic design places the inserter device at the machine's rear side, making it more convenient to operate.
In carton conveyor chain the cartons are closed automatically.
At the end of the machine, the cartons are discharged automatically.
