MXD-BK480 Granule Back sealing & multi-line packing machine
This automatic multi-line granule packing machine adopts PLC and servo control, with stable operation, low noise and high efficiency. It integrates feeding, filling, sealing, cutting, printing and counting in one fully automatic process. Featuring tight back sealing, high precision filling, easy parameter adjustment and wide adaptability to packaging materials, it meets GMP standards and is ideal for food and pharmaceutical small bag packaging.

Machine Details

This machine is equipped with a vacuum feeding system featuring intermittent feeding and stable material conveying.
It uses a 5μm precision stainless steel filter with single-cycle back-blowing to prevent clogging.
The hopper is made of 316/316L stainless steel with internal polishing, automatic discharge valve, and high-level detection for intelligent feeding control.
The design is dust-free, avoiding dust pollution and meeting GMP standards.
Granules are filled by measuring cup with multi-channel & multi-row synchronous filling, and each row is independently adjustable for high accuracy.
The inverted conical hopper ensures smooth material discharge and stable material level.
